To restore a work of art is to try to understand the prevailing spirit at the time of its creation. We took real pleasure conversing with the architects whose mentality was developed in another century.

The work of architects Bosmans and Van de Velde, the Institute of Sociology was completed in 1902. The balance of volumes, the beauty of materials and the forms influenced by Art Nouveau helped make this «nondenominational Church» a haven of peace and intellectual reflection.
